Where and who manufactures the Juju Hats?

We acquire the juju hats in the areas located in Bamileke Confederation from craftsmen native from Bamileke, Bassa and Bamun tribes. They live in the western regions of Cameroon. King of the Juju ensures that the conditions of craftsmen are acceptable and feathers used come from the surplus of birds. 

You should have in mind that jujus are works of art and their appearance may vary because of a natural finish, casual looks or insignificant imperfections in the texture, colour, shape of feathers, etc. This uniqueness becomes part of their essence and make them truly unique and exclusive.

How do I proceed if I want to send a Juju Hat as a gift?

This is very simple! when you register you can create multiple delivery addresses. The package will not include the payment receipt. 

If I don’t find the juju in my favourite colour on the web, what can I do?

A juju is a unique product and it is handmade under traditional methods. We don’t intervene in this process; therefore, the combinations of colour and size are established by the craftsmen. However, we are constantly receiving new jujus, so we suggest you check the website regularly as you will surely find the juju you are looking for. 


How can I open an account with King of the Juju?

Before making your first purchase, you must open an account and register your personal data and those related to your payment method. This will be the only time you will have to add this data. 

Click on “log in” which is in the upper bar of the main menu. Enter your email address in “create an account” and complete the requested information.

You can also fill in this form when “purchasing your order” from the cart. 

How can I change my account information?

You can modify your registration data at any time. Access your account and you will find all the options to modify any information you wish to change.

How can I buy a Juju Hat?

The first step is to register as a user. Click on “log in” in the main menu, in the upper bar. Enter your email address in “create an account” and add the requested information. 

After this, add to the cart the jujus you like the most. You can make a direct payment from the cart in a secure way. You can use any of the main cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, etc.) as well PayPal. (Keep your smartphone close to you because sometimes you need to verify the purchase by receiving a password in your smartphone). 

You can also register as a user when you “purchase your order” from the cart. 

The order will finish correctly when the purchase confirmation with the order number is displayed. You will also receive an email with the same information. 

What price do the Juju Hats have?

The price of Jujus is indicated next to each item and surprise! All shipping costs are already included!

In the case of delivery in countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for import costs as well as taxes generated at the customs office of destination, regardless if the order is finally delivered or not. 

Jujus are not delivered in PO Boxes.

By registering on the King of the Juju website you automatically generate a 10% discount code on your first purchase. The code is provided in the email sent to confirm the registration and a reminder also appears in the purchase summary. Enter the code in the corresponding field. Remember you have one month to benefit from the discount. 

I work in this sector and I would like to buy jujus on a regular basis, can you offer any type of special conditions?

Wow! Sorry but we don’t provide any special benefits. In order to offer the best prices to anyone who wishes to have a Juju at home, we can’t offer any type of discount. Nor do we sell wholesaleor flash sales on any platform. 

I don’t live in the European Union; can I request a refund of the taxes? 

Prices displayed on the website include VAT. If you live in a non-EU country you can request the refund of this tax. Keep in mind that all shipping from abroad are subject to the payment of customs expenses at destination as well as import taxes or duties that are generated in order to receive the item, regardless if the order is finally delivered or not. 

Is payment secure through the website?

Data you provide is transmitted as encrypted. When the payment is finished, all transactions from that moment are done in a secure server environment under SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This system guarantees the confidentiality of all your data. 

If payment is made by credit card, the money will be blocked and will not be charged and withdrawn from your account until the order has been sent. If the payment is made by debit card, the charge will be made automatically at the time of the purchase. If the payment is done via PayPal, the charge is made to your PayPal account. 


How much are shipping costs?

How are shipping boxes prepared?

We ship our jujus individually protected by bubble wrap and inside resistant cardboard boxes. When you receive your order, you should open the package carefully.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the purchase is processed, the product is delivered to our logistics provider (DHL) within a period not exceeding 24 hours. From that moment on, the average delivery time is described as follows:

The delivery time usually takes place between 9am and 7pm from Monday to Friday. In the case of being absent at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be carried out a few days later or the company will call you to arrange the best time for you to receive the package. 


Can I return the item upon reception?

Of course! And without giving any type of details (provided that all conditions of return are met). 

What should I do if I want to change or return the product?

If you don’t like any juju you have purchased, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to our stores (Address: Callejón de los Zubacos, 1, 18659, Villamena-Conchar, Granada, Spain). In this case, the customer is in charge of managing and paying the shipping costs. Juju must be in perfect conditions, preferably in its original packaging and including the manuals, accessories and promotional gifts. Once the item has been received in our store, and after checking the state of it, the complete refund will be done according to the payment method used.
